Audit Management Software: Audit Report
The audit report is based on a customisable template and provides the results of your audits. You can further edit the audit report.
After completing this phase the audit is sent for review and release, ie. the audit status is changed.
Audit Review and Release
The audit is approved by checking the according check box. If the audit shall not be approved, you will need to re-set the audit status.
After completing the approval you will be asked whether the nonconformances shall be transferred into the database of corrective actions to be handled there.
