Corrective Action Request

When a concern is discovered a corrective action is requested. Then it has to be decided whether a corrective action shall be initiated.

A Corrective Action Request contains lots of data helping the Corrective Action Administrator to decide about the request:

  • Requested by: person who requested the corrective action
  • Possible Assignee: suggestion who shall take action
  • Issue Code: issue of the concern
  • Source of Issue: source or origin of the concern
  • Evaluation: priority and severity of the concern
  • Additional Information: product information, company information, user defined information, and reference to files
  • Description: description of concern
