Corrective Action Request
When a concern is discovered a corrective action is requested. Then it has to be decided whether a corrective action shall be initiated.
A Corrective Action Request contains lots of data helping the Corrective Action Administrator to decide about the request:
- Requested by: person who requested the corrective action
- Possible Assignee: suggestion who shall take action
- Issue Code: issue of the concern
- Source of Issue: source or origin of the concern
- Evaluation: priority and severity of the concern
- Additional Information: product information, company information, user defined information, and reference to files
- Description: description of concern
