Containment Action Review
To review containment actions (cf. below fields within red frame) you need to enter the name of the approver, the date and your decision whether you accept or reject plus a comment.
Corrective Action Review
Like containment actions you review corrective actions (cf. fields within yellow frame) by entering the name of the approver, the date and your decision whether you accept or reject plus a comment. After saving your decisions an email informs the concerned people.
Corrective Action Implementation
The implementation and completion of corrective actions is documented by the date and name of the person. Further you find a comments field to enter additional details that are not contained in your plan.
Effectivity Verification of Corrective Actions
The purpose of verification is to ensure that the implemented corrective actions really remedied the nonconformance and removed the root cause to avoid the reoccurrence of the nonconformance.
