Preventive Action
After the corrective action has removed the cause for the nonconformance you now may wish to implement a preventive action to prevent reoccurrence of the root cause. The plan for your preventive action including implementation date is entered into the screen below. After saving your data an email informs on implementation of your actions.
Completing resulting Corrective Actions
If you consider the actions taken as insufficient you can re-set the status accordingly so that the nonconformance can be edited again. When you accept the actions the corrective process is completed.
By this the actions are completed. With regard to verification you most certainly will choose to employ a follow-up audit. If the audit is passed, this will verify the actions taken.
