Document Control Software: Revision History
The revision history tab shows all of the recorded changes to a document. The changes are documented either:
- through the DCR (Document Change Request) process using the four icons designed for that purpose; or
- directly entered via this screen
Although we recommend the use of the DCR process, a recorded change can be added.
To begin the addition of a revision history record, click on the Add/Edit Revision History Records... button.
