The problem-solving process

We will appreciate if you use the problem-solving process as it is descrribed below:

  1. Try the Help Documentation which is provided which each software product.
  2. Update your software! With every release, the software is improved. Most releases contain hundreds of improvements.
  3. Report your problem by sending an email to support@noweco.com
    Please provide the following information:
    1. What is the product name and what is the release number?
    2. Please provide a license number. If you are using a demonstration version for evaluation purpose please use 'demo'.
    3. What operating system are you using? You may include any other hardware and software information deemed necessary to solve the problem.
    4. Detail when and where the problem occurs. Please, let us know this as accurately as possible.
    5. Please provide us a screenshot with the error message or its text.
    6. Please let us know your name and your company's name.
