Training Management Software: Job Codes and Certifications

The Job Codes and Internal Certifications option is where you define all your categories of employees and any specialized statuses that they have obtained (or need to obtain). Roughly speaking, a job code is a position name, like Production Manager or Test Engineer I, while a certification shows that someone has obtained a internal specialized "designation", like Management Representative or Internal Auditor.
Job Codes and Certifications
The button 'Employees associated with this Classification ...' allows you to associate employees with this job code/certification by selecting them from a list.
The button 'Classes/Requirements Need for this Classification ...' you to associate defined classes and/or requirements to each job code/certification.
