The Requirements/Classes option is where you:

  • define all the classes that employees have to take to meet position descriptions or company policy.
  • define external requirements (like high school or college diploma or CNE, MSCE, etc) that are required by position descriptions.
Requirements and Classes

The button 'Assign this Requirement to Job Codes/Certifications ...' allows you to associate the current Class/Requirement with job codes and/or certifications by selecting them from a list.

The button 'Assign this Requirement to an Employee ...' is only used to directly assign a class/requirement to an employee. If this class/requirement is already part of a job code or certification and that job code/certification is associated with the employee, then do not associate it here also.
